Super Battle Opera, Japan's biggest fighting game tournament, is set to take place at Tokyo Game Show in just a few hours. This year's event features Street Fighter IV, Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, KOF 2002: Unlimited Match, Virtua Fighter 5 R, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, Arcana Heart 3, Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, Sengoku Basara X, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, KOF XIII, and Melty Blood: Actress Again – Current Code. As usual, only games with arcade releases are used for the event, so Super Street Fighter IV will not be played.
