"At the far corner of the universe, an area exists called the Netheruniverse. All things end up drifting there in time, after journeying through the vastness of space. Trinity Universe is the end result of the most recent collaboration between Gust, Idea Factory, and Nippon Ichi Software. The last time they worked together they were joined by Namco Bandai and Capcom for the creation of Cross Edge, a game that brought together characters from six different series as well as original ones made specifically for it. This time around, the developers scaled things back and chose to focus on Etna, Flonne, and Prinny from Disgaea and Violet and Pamela from Atelier Viorate. As with the previous mashup, original characters were also thrown in for good measure.
