Dead or Alive creator Tomonobu Itagaki to reveal his latest game at E3

In a recent post, Tomonobu Itagaki, the man who created the Dead or Alive series as well as the person who was responsible for Ninja Gaiden's 3D revival, has announced that he and his comrades at the newly formed Valhalla Game Studios have decided to reveal their freshman project at E3 this year. This will be Itagaki's first game since 2008's Ninja Gaiden II. No further hints or details about the upcoming announcement were given.

According to Itagaki, he has created four unique games in the past - Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden, DOA Xtreme, and Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword. The next game will be "the fifth all-new project in my lifetime." He goes on to proclaim that "I don't know if that number is large or small, but I know as a fact that every one of these announcements was a presentation of a new gaming paradigm from me to all of you. This time, it is no different."
